Mrs. Khim N., age 56, grows and sells vegetables in the market, earning about $2 per day in income. Her husband works as a police officer, earning $1 per day. They have four children, three of whom are students and one who would like to be a moto-taxi driver so that he can earn $3 per day. Mrs. Khim would like to request a loan of $1100 to purchase a motorbike so that her son can start his own business and help finance his siblings’ education.
