A loan helped to buy reloadable cards to sell and to serve as a fund for money transfers.

Nomenjanahary's story

Nomenjanahary is 27 years old. She is married and has two children. Her spouse is a driver. In order to contribute to improving her family's income, she manages a mobile banking point of exchange. Her business is very useful in their village, which is far from the city center. She has been doing this for the past two years.

She joined Vahatra to take out loans in order to reinforce her capital. She needs a sufficient change fund for her business. She also sells reloadable cards, outside of the monetary transactions.

Since taking out loans, she has been able to turn more of a profit and has been able to invest in pig farming. She is better able to ensure her family's needs are met.

She needs this loan to buy more cards and also to serve as her change fund. She counts on the lenders' support. She also plans to renovate her house later on once she has been able to save enough money.
