Santa Librada se denomina el excelente grupo de mujeres conformado en la ciudad de Yaguarón en fecha 20 de febrero de 2009.
La Sra. Adelia P. es una de las integrantes y posee una Despensa, la cual es bastante concurrida por los pobladores de la zona, siendo que está bien surtida y por la amabilidad que caracteriza a la señora.
Ella desea ampliar el negocio, con la compra de artículos de primera necesidad, enlatados, empaquetados, artículos de limpieza, mercería, bazár, ferretería, librería; todo esto en mayor cantidad, de modo a mantener los precios bajos y ser buena competencia en el mercado y al mismo tiempo incrementar sus ingresos por este fin solicita el prestamo.
