This excellent group of women is called Santa Librada. The group was formed in the city of Yagauarón on February 20th, 2009.

Adelia Periera is one of the members. She has a grocery store, which is much frequented by the area’s inhabitants. This is because it is well stocked and because of her characteristic friendliness.

She wishes to expand her business by purchasing basic needs items like canned goods, packaged goods, cleaning supplies, notions, bazaar items, hardware, and bookstore products. She will buy all of this in greater quantity. That way she will keep the prices low and be good competition in the market. At the same time her income will increase.
