Elnuza's story

This wonderful woman Elnuza is 33 years old, married, and raising 4 children. She has a secondary education. As the main source of income for her family she has been working with livestock and agriculture since 2010. Thanks to Elnuza's hard work and the help of her husband on the farm, her farm today has 5 cows, 10 sheep, and 2o horses.

In order to further develop her farm, she asked for support from the Kiva Foundation in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS) to buy cattle with the goal of increasing her income from raising livestock and her sales of organic meat. Proceeds from the loan will help her to expand her farm by increasing the size of her herd of pedigreed cattle.
