A loan of $725 helped buy pea seeds.

Robila's story

Robila, age 36, is a very dedicated and kind mother. She lives in her own house with her 36 year old husband, Víctor, and their five beloved children. Her children are her primary motivation for all of her efforts.

Robila farms potatoes and peas everyday. Through much effort she has made her land very productive. This has generated very good quality crops, and they are very much valued in the wholesale market in the city of Tarma.

What she likes most about her work is taking care of her crops. She has been doing this activity for 18 years. The most difficult part is transporting her products to the wholesale market in the city. The sacks that she takes are very heavy, which is exhausting to her. Later, she wishes to have a stand in the wholesale market in order to improve her earnings.

This is her fifth loan with MFP. She plans on being very punctual with her payments as she does not want to cause problems in her communal bank. She is very happy in her communal bank. She will use the 2,000 PEN that she is requesting to buy pea seeds. This vegetable plant is selling very well in these months.
