These are the entrepreneurs of "Blessed by God" group, organized in a Pro Mujer community bank in León, Nicaragua.

For 4 loan cycles they have worked together to strengthen their businesses selling pork, clothing, steel, chickens, and catalog sales, among others.

Karen Lissette (sitting at the front of her group) is a prominent client, of 26 years of age, 10 of them working with Pro Mujer. She buys and sells pork, but she studied nursing and works as such on weekends. She has a 6 year old boy. She is cheerful, hardworking. She has fought to improve her life.

She has an illness that has impacted her, and when she could not exercise her career and had no job opportunities, she decided to open her business.

"Thanks to Pro Mujer they have followed up on my health" she emphasizes. A loan will allow her to buy 3 pigs for raising, and to buy feed for fattening. In the near future she plans to carry out various family projects.
