Mirgul's story

Mirgul is 41 years old, married and has 3 children. She has a university degree and works at a local school. By nature, she is a woman of purpose, hardworking and enterprising.

Mirgul is well versed in agricultural technology and knows how to invest appropriately. She has been engaged in animal husbandry since 2008 as the primary source of income for her family. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach to business, she has been able to develop her farm to 4 cows and 60 sheep. There is 2.59 hectares of irrigated land where she grows beans, and also vegetables for her own consumption.

In order to develop further her farm, she has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 120,000 som (KGS) for the purchase of dairy cows in order to increase sales of organic milk and income from livestock breeding.

Mirgul plans to invest the income from the loan in the further expansion of her farm.
