A loan helped to pay for seeds and fertilizer for the next season, so this rural woman will be able to keep providing for her family.

Klodiana's story

Klodiana is a 43-year-old lady from a tourist village in south Albania. She and her husband are proud parents of two children. They work very hard to provide the best for their family.

She is hoping for Kiva lenders' support for the first time to pay for seeds and fertilizer needed for the next season, so she will be able to keep providing for her family. In her interview, Klodiana said, "Last season was not at all good for us for selling the harvest, as the movement of people was limited due to the pandemic situation. This also affected my husband's job, as he works in a carwash and gets paid for each car he washes!"

The situation seems to have started to change, so Klodiana is optimistic that they will have their normal lives soon. She thanks you all for supporting her in these difficult times.
