Kevin's story

My first memories of walking through a commercial kitchen were probably around four years old. My dad was a celebrity chef before the social icons of today. He worked at the largest hotel in our city and had people work for him for over forty years. My first job was as a dishwasher working for my dad. Every time there was a new position opened, I was challenged to learn that spot. I want to keep his legacy alive. He mentored people and many have successful culinary careers because of his passion. Foodservice is my tool of choice to create those same opportunities for another generation. I want to teach techniques and recipes to another generation that makes your toes wiggle underneath the table.
