A loan helped to purchase ducklings and corn to feed them, as well as seeds, fertilizer, and phytosanitary products for potato farming.

Nadiah's story

Nadiah is a young father of a family. He is married and has one dependent child. He rents a house on the outskirts of the city. He started raising ducks and potato farming five years ago. The couple supports each other to take care of their family. He is active and persistent. He joined Vahatra to take out loans. Recently, his profits were able to cover his family's daily needs.

He already has a reliable steady client in the large neighboring town to purchase his ducks. His orders are increasing, and he would like to have more ducks to feed so he can meet his client's demand. He will also expand his farm land to increase his yield. His potatoes will be sold to local purchasers. To do so, he will need lenders' support to finance his project. The money from this loan will be used to purchase ducklings and corn to feed them, as well as seeds, fertilizer, and phytosanitary products for potato farming. He will save his profits to build a house for his family in the future.
