This group of women has existed since February 2018. They live in the same locality and maintain very strong ties of kinship and solidarity. Their main activity is retail.
Sounkarou who is the representative of the group, is 30 years old, married, and mother of 5 children including 3 girls. She is active in the retail business.
With this loan, she intends to buy vegetables in large quantities for resale and then she will sell her produce at the local market at a good price, hoping to obtain better income.
With the profits, she plans to strengthen her activity and intends to help her husband to meet the family needs (food, care, schooling for the children).
