A loan helped to purchase plantain chips.

Gloria Cleotilde's story

Gloria Cleotilde is 62 years old, a widow, has 3 children, all adults and independent, and owns her house. They live in Rocafuerte, which is very well-known near and far for its traditional artisan sweets that are made from recipes passed from generation to generation and for its rice crops.

At her house, Gloria Cleotilde sells plantain chips and peanuts. She has a space where she sells these products at all hours. In general, her customers are from the sector. Her family helps her with the sales when she is not there. At first the health crisis was very bad for her since she was unable to sell but now, little by little, she is reactivating it so to be able to continue generating her income.

This loan is to purchase plantain chips. Her dream is that her family is very healthy.
