A loan of $375 helped pay for maintenance & repairs to his motorcycle taxi.

Vicente's story

Vicente is a family man who lives with his wife and children in the agricultural district of Cayaltí. This district has been experiencing growth in commercial development over the past few years. The area is located an hour away from the city of Chiclayo.

Vicente provides transport services of cargo and passengers using his motorcycle taxi. Motorcycle taxis are vehicles that consist of a motorcycle and an attached cabin for transporting items. The use of these vehicles is the primary mode of transportation in the area because of the price and the ease in which they get around.

Vicente provides his services throughout the city where he lives as well as in the neighboring villages. Continued use of his vehicle and the worn state of the highways and roads have caused defects in his vehicle that require urgent repairs. To ensure that his vehicle runs properly, he is requesting a loan from Edpyme Alternativa in the amount of 1000 PEN.

Vicente is devoted to his family and works hard every day to support them. He previously worked with Edpyme Alternativa and has demonstrated that he is a client who is prompt and responsible when submitting his payments.
