A loan helped to buy more goods to resell at her own store.

Ermalinda's story

Ermalinda is a 45-year-old widow with one child. She is a modest and hardworking woman with a very good understanding of, and lots of experience in, the general store business. She has one of her own, which has been running since 2016. Ermalinda's store is located at the local market, which is considered to be a very good place for this type of business. Many people come to buy goods every day. Running the store business has made Ermalinda independent because she can be responsible for herself and also help support her family's income.

Ermalinda previously borrowed and repaid all of her loan on time and now would like a loan of $1500 from KIF to help improve her general store. She plans to use this loan to buy additional supplies of goods to stock her store and gain more customers.

As a result of this investment, Ermalinda hopes to run a bigger business in the future. She wants to thank lenders for this opportunity.
