A loan of $1,400 helps to pay for 3 head of cattle, 12 sacks of feedcakes, and some millet chaff.

Sidiki's story

Sidiki is the father of four children of whom three are attending school. A livestock farmer, he has been raising ruminants in an outlying district of the capital for eight years.

He paid back his Kiva loan without a problem and has again requested a loan to pay for 3 head of cattle, as well as 12 sacks of feedcakes, and 500 batches of millet chaff to raise them well. The aim is to resell the cattle at the right time.

His wish is to use his earnings for reinvesting in his business and to save money for helping his family and his children. He urges everybody to guard against the Covid-19 virus.
