Blanca Orbelina's story

Blanca Orbelina C. D. M., 34, lives with her four children who are all minors and who depend entirely on Blanca. They live in the town of Ilopango, located in the department of San Salvador. Blanca owns a bakery which is located across from the Export Processing Zone, a place where various types of businesses exist as well as a variety of factories where hundreds of people work day and night. This is very beneficial to her, since her sales are quite steady. Along with her 17-year-old son, the eldest, she is in charge of making the bread which is then delivered to other small shops and also sold to the employees of the Export Processing Zone. Blanca is seeking a loan by which she may obtain money needed to invest in the bakery, purchasing flour, sugar, salt, yeast and additional items in order to increase her production and likewise improve her sales. Blanca’s greatest wish is to be able to afford all her children’s needs, since she is a single mother. This is why she works day by day to get ahead and proviD. all the best to her children.
