A loan of $1,975 helps to pay for the needed expenses to work and plant part of a villager lady's lands with garlic and onions during the winter season so she will be able to make a good income for her family.

Aurora's story

Aurora is a 35-year-old villager lady from a tourist village in south Albania. She is married and the proud mother of two teenage children: a son age 17 years old and a daughter age 14 years old. She got married at an early age and now she is very happy for the two "friends" she has, as she considers her children as her closest friends.

To provide for the family, Aurora is engaged in agricultural activities, mainly planting of different vegetables. Her husband works in construction and whenever he can, he helps Aurora with her agricultural activity.

Aurora is hoping for Kiva lenders' support to be able to pay for the needed expenses to work and plant part of her lands with garlic and onions during the winter season so she will be able to make a good income for her family.
