Jamileth Alexandra's story

Jamileth is a 23 years old Architect, she is single and living with her parents in Manta, where its inhabitants are humble and hard-working people who every day make an effort to support their families. Jamileth is an enterprising woman, who daily strives to help her parents with the household expenses.

Jamileth´s business is selling clothing and cosmetics. She used to sell door to door, nevertheless due to the bio-security issues originated by the pandemic, she was not allowed to go out any more; as a result the business was falling apart and her income declining drastically. Nevertheless, she is currently making her sales through social networks and she is applying for a new credit with the aim of re-reactivating her business. This credit will be invested in the purchase of clothing and cosmetics. Jamileth’s dream is for her business to be as it was before, to improve her economic condition.
