Angela Lorena's story

Angela is in a relationship and has two minor children. She is known for being a woman who struggles to get ahead with her family. Angela works in saddlery, in making and repairing shoes. She started the business 10 years ago and says that at first she had only a small inventory of merchandise and it was hard to establish a customer base. She learned the trade from her stepfather who was a cobbler.

She works from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. She is applying for a loan to buy glue for shoes, soles, a variety of leathers, dyes and other products to stock her business. She hopes the investment will allow her to meet current demand for products so she can earn more income and grow her business.
