A loan of $725 helped fertilizer and 2 small bulls.

Gloria's story

Gloria, 56, lives with her daughter in their own home. She has done farm chores since she was very young, and later she decided that this would be the best way to generate an income. She now farms, sowing local products such as potatoes, corn, wheat, peas, and onion among others. Later she sells her harvest wholesale or brings it to the market, and obtains a regular income. Her daughter always helps her with her work, and with everything that is needed for sowing and harvesting. She also hires laborers to help her with the farm work.

She also raises animals which she buys and sells every weekend at the livestock fair in her area. Gloria plans to increase the quantity of animals she has, so that she will have more capital. This is her second loan with MFP, and she promises to be very responsible with her repayments. She also thanks everyone who are making this loan possible; it will be very useful in the progress of her business. Gloria plans to invest the requested loan in the purchase of various bags of fertilizer, for her crops, and she will also buy 2 small bulls.
