San Vicente Group's story

Martha is 43 years old, married and the mother of 4 children. She has worked growing basic grains with her spouse for 20 years, a business which she continues carrying out today. She has other income from selling pigs, chickens, and eggs.

Her plan for the future is to improve her house and build it from concrete since currently it is made from adobe. As her next goal, she will establish 2 manzanas of beans for the end-of-the-year harvest, so she is asking for a FUNDENUSE loan with Kiva funds to purchase the agricultural supplies.

With the previous Kiva loan, she managed to purchase the supplies for her crops and got excellent results by applying them in a timely way.

She belongs to the San Vincente solidarity group with Francisca, María and Auda who all work at the same business of producing basic grains.

In this group: Francisca, María, Martha, Auda
