Sorn T., 31, is married and resides with her husband and two children in Phnom Penh City, Cambodia, an area known for the most populated city in the country. She sells groceries and vegetables for an income of USD 7 per day. Her husband is a teacher at a primary school, earning an income of about USD 3 per day.
T. is requesting a loan of USD 1200 to purchase a motorbike for family use. In the future, she would like to use any additional profit to support her children’s study. This is her first loan from CREDIT, a long-standing Kiva partner in Cambodia.
