Ou S., 46, is married and resides with her husband and three children in Kampong Chnang Province, Cambodia, an area known for its palm products.
S. sells porridge and cooked rice in her village for a gross income of USD 16 per day. Her husband is a motor-taxi driver, earning an income of about USD 7 per day.
S. is requesting a loan of USD 1,000 to purchase a motorbike for one her children to become a motor-taxi driver. In the future, she would like to use any additional profit to repair her house. This is her first loan from CREDIT, a long-standing Kiva partner in Cambodia.
