Esther is a 24-year-old hardworking business lady who sells used clothing. She has done this business for three years and hopes to open another boutique in the future. Esther is the mother of two children and she works hard to meet her family’s needs. Her husband is employed and also supports her financially by paying the school fees for their child in school.
Esther belongs to a group under Faulu Kenya whose members guarantee each others loans. She joined this group to access a loan from Faulu Kenya. Through the group, she has requested a loan of 50,000 Kenyan shillings to buy clothes for men, women and children.
