Drissa's story

Mr. Sidibe is a married man aged 29 and the father of one child. He lives with his wife and child at his father’s place in the Dougounina district of Bougouni.
Having dropped out of school when in “fundamental” 6th year (Malian education system), he decided to set off in search of adventure and of a better life.
Disappointed in his expectations, he decided to go back to his father’s in Bougouni and to learn commerce, mainly buying and selling various articles.
Now with five years’ experience, Mr. Sidibe is mastering his business.
Looking for additional financial resources, he has decided to enter Soro Yriwaso loan program in order to purchase an important quantity of goods.
He gets his supplies in Bamako (capital of the republic of Mali).
His customers are both men and women.
With this loan, he expects to make a monthly profit of 70,000 francs CFA to provide for his needs and to invest in business.
