A loan of $1,000 helps to purchase fish and tubs to pack and sell them.

Diana Mirella's story

Diana Mirella and her family live in the city of Puerto López, a place with gorgeous beaches and lovely tourist attractions, places that are now deserted due to the emergency caused by Covid-19.

She is a hard-working woman who is looking for the way to earn her resources and help her husband get ahead, which she is obtaining thanks to the loans that allow her to continue with her business.

She makes a living from cleaning and selling fish. She purchases small fish, such as Alewife, that she then cures with salt and lemon and sells in tubs to merchants who take them to prepare the delicious Alewife ceviches. It has not all gone well for her since her sales still are not as they were before.

This loan is to purchase fish and tubs to pack and sell them. She hopes to continue counting on help from the loans.
