A loan of $1,750 helps to buy shoes and sandals.

Josefina Del Carmen's story

Josefina Del Carmen is in a relationship from which she has an older daughter. Her partner works in the fishing industry. They live in the city of Machalilla, a place with beautiful beaches which are now deserted due to the emergency caused by covid 19.

She is a hardworking woman who despite of difficulties, seeks a way to make a living. Before, she worked selling fishing materials. Now she sells shoes and sandals, a business which has gone down a lot due to the health emergency which did not allow her to go out to work and for fear of contracting the virus. Now she only sells on social media and although her sales are not the same, this allows her to earn something which allows her to meet her family's needs.

This loan is to buy shoes and sandals.
