A loan of $775 helps to stock the store with rice and oil.

Kelly Piedad's story

Kelly Piedad is 59 years old and in a common law marriage. Her children are older and her husband works in fishing. They live in the city of Puerto López, a place whose inhabitants make a living on tourism and fishing. It has been highly affected by Covid 19.

She is a very hardworking woman who looks for the way to earn a living and help her family get ahead in the difficult situation that the pandemic has put them in. She has a store in her house which now is more stocked. During quarantine she had limited supply and various products were lacking since, due to government measures, much of the time her business was closed. Currently she is selling and although business is still not very good, at least she is able to earn something.

This loan is to stock the store with rice, oil, etc. She hopes that things improve.
