A loan of $600 helps to buy lipsticks, eye shadows, lotions and other cosmetics.

Madeleyne Esther's story

18-year old Madeleyne Esther is in a relationship but doesn't have any children yet. Her partner is a fisherman, and they live in the town of Puerto López where the local people earn their living from tourism and fishing which are greatly affected by Covid-19.

Madeleyne Esther is a hardworking woman who is seeking a way to earn a living and help her partner to improve their home. Despite the difficult situation caused by the pandemic, she is continuing to work. She sells makeup and cosmetics. Before the pandemic she went out into the town to make sales which were high, but now she only sells through social networks and orders. Although she doesn't do as well as she did in the past, at least she is left with enough for necessary household expenses.

The loan will be used to buy lipsticks, eye shadows, lotions and other cosmetics.
