Mrs. Seng O. operates her own small trade out of her home. She makes traditional noodles to sell to buyers who come to purchase directly from her house. She is married and blessed with four school-aged kids, while her husband works on their farm fields. Recently, Seng O. got orders from her regular clients but her inventory is not adequate to fill them. Because she has no money, Seng O. requests a loan to purchase ingredients to produce noodles to meet her customers' requirements.
