Yuleisy Katherine's story

Yuleisy Katherine and her family live in Los Bajos de Montecristi, a city known for its great variety of crafts made by people of the area, and also a place that was highly affected by COVID-19.

She is a woman who likes to build her own path towards a better future through her work, and with her own resources support her low-income parents.

She has a dining area in her house and there she makes delicious fish ceviche and lunches that please all of the customers that go on the weekends to her place.

The pandemic affected her business at the beginning because she couldn’t sell at her place. She could only make deliveries, which decreased her sales and earnings significantly. Now she is able to continue with her sales and she hopes to continue this way.

This loan will be used to buy fish, meats and other supplies to prepare food.
