María Isabel's story

María Isabel G. D. R., 40, works in her own store where she stocks first need items like: bread, water, propane gas, medicines, some snacks. Her store is located in her home in the town of Ilopango, San Salvador department.

María is a very responsible mother who lives with her husband and her two daughters who are 12 and 2 years of age; the older daughter is in school.

María would love to have a wider variety of stock available in her store because this would lead to increased sales and profits. This is why she’s asking for funding in order to buy all the products she needs to meet all her customers’ needs, something she hopes will lead to new customers.

María’s store is very important to her because she has the advantage of having it in her home which allows her to be near her daughters and thereby proviD. them with everything they might need.
