Danilo's story

Danilo D. C. is from the village of Saranay, Cabatuan, Isabela. He is 62 years old, is married, and has three school-aged children.

Danilo owns and operates a fishing business, raising and selling tilapia (St. Peter's fish) in the local community. He has been engaged in his business for over thirteen years and earns approximately 8,200 PHP a month.

In 2007, Danilo joined ASKI to gain access to financial services to help improve his living situation and his ability to engage in business activities. His wife also helps him to increase their income to support the needs of their family.

Danilo is requesting a new loan of 30,000 PHP which will be used to purchase additional fish to sell. This loan will be his seventh from ASKI. He plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve and expand his business.
