Kory Tawaco Group's story

The community association 'Kory Tawaco' meet every two weeks in the community center 'Exaltación'. Their president is Julia R. who runs a business knitting woollen jumpers. She began this business when she was young because she really enjoyed knitting. As time went by she converted it into the main source of income for her family. She buys the raw material in la Ceja and sells the finished products from door to door in different areas. When the work builds up her daughter helps her.

Julia is applying for $400 USD and plans to buy wool to stock up on supplies.

The other members of the group are involved in different activities in the commercial, production and service industries.

In this group: Julia, Delia Humberlinda, Maria Elena, Emilia, Braulia Gabriela, Reynaldo Betto, Reyna Anabel, Gioseline Noelia, Cielo Julia
