Bolivia Group's story

The Bolivia Communal Association meets every two weeks at the Exaltación Community Center. They decided to form a group in order to access the capital needed to improve their businesses. The members of this association have different businesses in the manufacturing, service, and retail sectors.

One example is Teodora Celia S. Q.. She is 43 years old and has been working with the Pro Mujer family for five years. Celia sells beauty products such as crèmes, perfumes, and other products at different office buildings, markets, and door to door. She is married and has four children, so the income from her business enables her to cover the basic needs of her family. Teodora Celia also enjoys the benefit of going to the medical clinic in order to receive a general check-up. At the moment, she is requesting a loan of $500 to purchase a large quantity of products for her business.

As mentioned earlier, the other members of this association work in manufacturing, services, and retail, so they need a loan to invest in their businesses.

In this group: Teodora Celia, Josefina Judith, Xenia Arlen, Roberta Celia, Celedonia, Marina Justina, Adelia, Raquel, Marco Antonio, Maribel, Ybeth, Angela Soledad
