Gloria's story

Gloria is 45 years old, and from Liberia. She lives with her husband along with 5 children, all of whom are schooling and live at home. Gloria is a high school graduate.

Gloria is a hardworking businesswoman who sells used clothes. For the past 10 years, she has been managing her sales. She got her initial capital from her husband and her mother taught her how to sell. She uses a car to transport supplies at her business site.

She has asked for a loan through BRAC Liberia a Kiva Field Partner. She plans to use the loan to buy more used clothes to sell in order to generate greater profits.
