Concepción, apart from being the owner of a business, is also a homemaker, a devoted mother, and a dedicated wife. She and her husband have two children, whom they have tried to help get ahead in life. Both children are currently in primary school.

Six years ago, Concepción had to give up being solely a homemaker and start her business in the EL BISNE market in Chinandega.

She began with $30.00 of capital and sold small things. She decided to start her business due to the necessity of defraying expenses and covering the needs that her husband’s salary couldn’t. Concepción now grosses approximately $80.00 per day. Thanks to CEPRODEL, she has been able to expand her store and buy more merchandise.
