A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase her sales of milk to a local factory.


Altyn's story

Altyn, 37 years old, married, has three children. She has been working as a cook at a local school for ten years. She has a secondary education, she is hardworking, purposeful and enterprising by nature. She knows well the technology of agricultural activities and knows how to invest as intended.

As an additional income for his family, she has been engaged in animal husbandry since 2008. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach to business, she was able to develop her farm up to three cows, and 20 sheep. There is 5.0 hectares of irrigated land on which she grows beans.

To further develop her farm, she applied to Bai-Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 200,000 soms (KGS) to purchase dairy cows in order to increase sales of organic milk to a local plant. She plans to invest income from the loan in the further development of her business.
