Claudette is a Haitian immigrant woman who came to the Dominican Republic 20 years ago. She came with her husband and children.
Claudette is the mother of six children. They are her motivation to go out every day in search of daily sustenance.
Claudette has a cafeteria where she she sells sandwiches, coffee, juices, drinks, cookies, and empanadas, among other things. With her business Claudette generates income that helps support her family.
She hopes to see her business prosper, and that her family break out of the cycle of poverty they have lived in from the beginning. Claudette needs your support to buy merchandise and stock her business in order to continue with her sales. Thank you for contributing to GS LA UNION 1.
