A loan helped to aim to buy more quintals of dough, cheese, custard and quintals of beans.

Darling Rubenia's story

With a motivated smile which she is characterized by each day, Darling gets up very early in the morning to make the dough and pat her delicious tortillas. On the other stove she heats the pan of cooked beans which she offers to her customers.

Before, she opted for a Kiva loan along with Micredito with which she started up her own business. Due to the high demand of her products, she currently applied for a Kiva and Micredito loan with which she aims to buy more quintals of dough, cheese, custard and quintals of beans so that she can satisfy her customers' demand.

In the future she would like to open up a new shop and be able to provide employment to other single, immigrant mothers who like her, have dreams of bettering themselves.
