Miriam's story

Miriam is a 46-year-old woman residing in Lusaka. She is a mother of six and works for a non-governmental organization and is a chairperson and founder of a women’s village banking group. Her husband works at a print shop. She is industrious and loves exploring new ideas of business and dreams of starting her own company. Despite the socio-economic season posing many challenges at times and her busy schedule, she still manages to do the things she loves, such as cooking and chatting with her children. Her reason for buying the domestic Mimi moto stove is because it uses cheap charcoal, it’s a fast cooker and enables her to cook indoors.
