Theresie is 54 years old and widowed with eight children aged between 9 and 31 years. For the past 29 years, she has been selling fish.

Theresie is the leader of the Tinyuka TCB Group (which in English means “Being Confident”). Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Theresie will use her loan to buy more silverfish to sell in her community. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to provide for her family.
