Norma's story

Norma is a friendly woman who is very dedicated to her work. She is 55-years-old and has been separated from her partner with whom she had two children for 13 years. Now she lives with one of her children in her own house. She has worked for ten years selling food products and vegetables in the store located in her house. In addition to this work, she also prepares food in a special grill for chicken that she sells on the weekends during the afternoon. From very early on, her store has been the first establishment to open its doors. Occasionally her son helps her. Before opening this business, she observed that it was very busy there and she wasn't wrong, now it is very profitable. Her earnings permit her to live comfortably, this is why she wants to expand her location. She would also like to supply more products as her neighbors and customers request different products and she would even like to offer office supplies, hats, perfume, and home furnishings. This is her third time getting a loan from MFP and she admits to liking to work in a communal group because its members are caring and responsible. With the loan that she is requesting, she will buy disposable plastic items, vegetables, and food products for the store.
