A loan helped to purchase orders of natural medicines.

Virginia Lisbeth's story

Virginia Lisbeth is 29 years old, in a common-law marriage, and has 2 children who are minors. Her spouse works at a private company. They live in Tosagua, a productive canton, where they harvest cacao, coffee, plantains, corn, and more, as for animals, they raise poultry and pigs.

Virginia Lisbeth works selling natural products from Nature's Sunshine Products catalogs, which has a wide range of natural products to care for health. She works every day of the week, for two to three hours a day. She leaves her products on credit and collects weekly.

During this global crisis, she has had financial difficulties. Her customers are unable to pay her because they have been unemployed and others died. At first the health crisis was very bad for her since she was unable to sell but now, little by little, she is reactivating it so to be able to continue generating her income.

This loan is to purchase orders of natural medicines. Her dream is to have a retail space to continue with the sales, and that her family is very healthy. She is in the photo with her 4-month-old daughter.
