Luzviminda's story

Luzviminda O. is from the village of Christine, District 1, Cauayan City, Isabela. She is 38 years old, is married, and has four infant children.

Luzviminda owns and operates a computer games business, managing computer games in the local community every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and when there's no classes. She has been engaged in her business for over two years and earns approximately 5,000 PHP a month. In addition, she wants to reopen her general store when she receives the loan.

In 2007, Luzviminda joined ASKI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and her ability to engage in business activities. She is requesting a new loan of 12,000 PHP which will be used to purchase additional products to sell. This loan will be her sixth from ASKI.

Luzviminda plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to pay her children’s tuition fees.
