A loan of $3,425 helps a member to buy a cow breed.

Nua Ngam 26 Group's story

Ms. Hong, 40 years old, is a Khmu ethnic woman who is married and has two children: a 17-year-old son and a 19-year-old daughter. Her eldest daughter works as a hired labor far away so her family has only 3 people living in a small house in a poor village in Dien Bien province.
She and her husband do some works to generate income for the family such as growing vegetables, maize, and cassava. In addition, she also raises a cow. She wanted to expand her husbandry so she decided to get a loan from the Anh Chi Em program to invest in buying a cow breed.

She hopes that this loan round is as successful as the previous 11 loans at the program. If the investment is profitable, she will continue to invest to have money to cover her life.
