A loan helped to buy a pizza oven, boxes, and ingredients like mozzarella cheese and flour.

Luz Noralba's story

Luz is an enthusiastic, sociable, and very joyful person. She is originally from neighboring Colombia and has been living in Tulcán for over eight years. She moved to Ecuador in search of a new life for herself and her family because she was tired of the unrest and violence that existed in her native city. When Luz arrived in Tulcán she used her modest savings to open a pizza parlor, which is currently her main source of income for her household.

Luz wants to keep boosting her business which is why she is requesting help to buy a pizza oven, boxes, mozzarella cheese, flour, and other supplies she needs in order to prepare her pizzas. She also wants to start selling other products like fried chicken with fries and sausages. This will allow her income to improve.
