09_Gpf Kawrale Croisement Guede Chantier Group's story

This group of ten women was created in 2019. The members live in the same neighbourhood and do the same activities to generate their income. As a result, they set up this group with the idea of enabling access to the banking sector. Animal husbandry and trade are their economic activities. Racky, with her hand raised in the photo, is the representative of the group. She is 33, married and has two sons and a daughter aged between 5 and 11 years. This loan will enable her to sell vegetables and she also fattens up sheep. Every Monday, Saturday and Sunday she goes to the local daily market to sell her vegetables. During the other days of the week, she concentrates on rearing her sheep. The fattened animals will be sold on. The profits will be used to develop her activities and to build a store for her vegetables.

In this group: Rachy Aliou, Hawa Amadou, Kadiata Abdoul, Reyhane , Koudia, Maimouna, Hawa, Sana, Mariame, Bineta Isma
