A loan helped a member to buy flour, coffee, firewood, maize, etc.

Asucena Group's story

Alodia is 50 years old. She is an honest, hardworking single mother of one daughter. With her efforts she was able to send her daughter to university and make her a doctor.

She works selling delicious corn tortillas, nacatamales [Nicaraguan style tamales], bread, and ground coffee.

She is applying for a loan with FUNDENUSE to buy corn, flour, coffee, firewood, and various products. This way she'll maintain ingredients, and she'll sell more of the products she makes.

One of her goals for the future is to be able to build her house since the one she has is old and very deteriorated.

At the moment, her immediate goal is to invest in her business and save to reach her future goal.
