A loan helped to purchase fabric and sewing supplies.

Mary Gorehi's story

Mary is a young 38-year-old married woman and the mother of four children. After her training, she opened a small sewing shop and has been successfully running it for 13 years now.

She often doesn't have all the fabric she needs to fill her orders quickly and satisfy her customers on time. This is why she is requesting a loan to purchase fabric and minor sewing materials (pins, needles, lining, thread, etc.). This will help her reduce her frequent trips to the market, and she will be able to sew and resell items to her customers.

The profits earned from this loan will help her not only purchase her sewing materials to expand her business, but also to cover some of her own needs as well as those of her small family.
